- Registration fee: 10,000.00
- Approval Fee: 5% of Development Fee
- All copies of Deed of sublease
- Payment of accrued ground rent
- Survey Plan
- Passport photograph of Lessor & Lessee (optional)
- Stamp Duty (as regulated by IRS)
