Application Requirements
- Executed Power of Attorney
- Original Survey Plan (Composite Survey if government land)
- Original Certificate of Deposit
- Passport photographs of Donor & Donee
- Allocation Letter (applicable to government land only)
- Stamp Duty (as regulated by IRS)
- Non refundable application fee: ₦10,000
- Deeds registration Fee: ₦10,000
- Late Registration Fee: ₦10,000 (applicable one year after execution date of Power of Attorney)
- Certificate of Incorporation (applicable to companies only)

- Stamp Duty (3% of Consideration)
- Non refundable application fee: ₦10,000
- Deeds Registration Fee: ₦10,000
- Late Registration Fee: ₦10,000 (applicable one year after execution date of Power of Attorney)
