Process for obtaining Construction Permit

  • Complete application form online, alternatively, obtain a hard copy of application form from Uyo Capital City Development office, at No.1 UCCDA Avenue, Opp. Noble International School, Atan Offot, Uyo.

Processing Steps
  • Submission is considered after confirming the stipulated Payment has been made by applicant
  • Submitted Plans/ Proposals are vetted by concerned professionals: Town planners, Architects and Engineers; depending on the type of development vet.
  • Submitted Documents/drawings that satisfy the Building Regulation requirements are considered for site inspection by the team of professionals from UCCDA.
  • Approval is granted to sites that are free from encumbrances; and rejected otherwise.
