Process for obtaining Construction Permit
- Complete application form online, alternatively, obtain a hard copy of application form from Uyo Capital City Development office, at No.1 UCCDA Avenue, Opp. Noble International School, Atan Offot, Uyo.

- Time Frame: 90 Days Maximum for approval or rejection
- Days opened: 8am to 4pm from Monday to Friday
- Enquiry Details:
- Payment
- Submission is considered after confirming the stipulated Payment has been made by applicant
- Submitted Plans/ Proposals are vetted by concerned professionals: Town planners, Architects and Engineers; depending on the type of development vet.
- Submitted Documents/drawings that satisfy the Building Regulation requirements are considered for site inspection by the team of professionals from UCCDA.
- Approval is granted to sites that are free from encumbrances; and rejected otherwise.
- 90 days maximum
- Land Use Act 1978 (i.e. Decree No. 6 of 1978)
